no use......

every time i do some thing.... told by my so callled Md. he creates a fuss bout it..
he himslef doesnt understand half of the things... misinterprets thins m blames me for all the mess created..every time i do with reports he will ask for more dan he asked for.. then blames me for not have done all the work he expected me to do ....with out my knowlegde.. m i suppose to dream bout it......
